Blanche and Laubach Named to USA Lacrosse Magazine Division III All-America Team

Duo Tabbed Honorable Mention by the Magazine

SPARKS, Md. – Juniors, defender Brian Blanche (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./La Salle College) and midfielder Jake Laubach (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) have been named to the 2026 USA Lacrosse Magazine Division III All-America Team in men's lacrosse, released on Wednesday, May 13. Both were selected honorable mention by the magazine.

Blanche started in all 18 contests for the Shoremen this season, leading the team with 23 caused turnovers and was second in ground balls with 55. The junior also added a goal in a 10-9 extra session victory versus Stockton on March 18 and an assist in a 21-5 win against Berry on March 10. He had four games of five or more ground balls including picking up six to tie a personal-best in a 14-9 win at Franklin & Marshall on March 28 and chalked up a career-topping five caused turnovers versus #11 St. John Fisher on March 14. In 35 all-time games, 34 starts, Blanche has 92 ground balls, 46 caused turnovers, three goals and four assists for seven points.

Laubach had 23 goals and 10 assists for 33 points, finished third on the Shoremen in goals and fourth in points, while tying for tops on the team in man-up scores with six in playing in all 18 games with five starting assignments. He also scored the team's only man-down goal this spring at Randolph-Macon. The junior had a personal-best four points in the team's 10-9 triple overtime victory versus #11 Dickinson on March 21 with three scores and a helper. In 26 career games, five starts, he has 24 goals and 13 assists for 37 points.  

The pair are All-Americans for the first time.
