Freshman baseball player Pete Kokinis (Owings Mills, Md./McDonogh School) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Kokinis hit .375 (3-for-8), four stolen bases, three runs scored and two RBI in a pair of games on Sunday at Mary Washington to open the season.

Kokinis went 2-for-4 with two RBI, two stolen bases and a run scored in the team's first game on Sunday versus Susquehanna. In the second game against host Mary Washington, Kokinis stole two bases, scored a pair of runs and reached base twice. He got on base five times in 10 trips to the plate for a .500 on-base percentage.

This is Kokinis' first career Shoreman of the Week honor.
