GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Washington College baseball team has received a Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack, for the 2025-26 academic year from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) that was announced today.

The ABCA's Team Academic Excellence Award honors high school and college programs coached by ABCA members that post a team grade-point average over 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for the current academic year.

The Shoremen were one of seven Centennial Conference teams to receive the award, joining Dickinson, Franklin & Marshall, Haverford, Johns Hopkins, McDaniel and Muhlenberg. More than 500 collegiate programs earned the award from the ABCA.
