Jessica McAdams Dolan led the Washington College Field Hockey Team to three Centennial Conference Tournaments and two ECAC Tournaments during her time here in Chestertown.  

She still sits fourth on the all-time career assist list with 19 and sits seventh on the most assists in a season list with eight. She participated in 75 games in her career which has earned her a spot at the top of the total games played list. She also scored 14 career goals wearing a Washington College Uniform. She was named an All-Centennial Conference second team member during her sophomore year and earned All Centennial Conference First Team Honors and First Team All-Region Honors her junior year. In the same year, McAdams Dolan was named to the All-American Third Team List. And in her final year, McAdams Dolan was named a team captain.  

Upon graduating with a Business Management degree, Jessica was a Head Field Hockey Coach from 2003-2016 and the JV Girls Lacrosse Coach from 2003-2014 at the Glenelg Country School. In 2003 she earned the Washington Post All-Howard County Field Hockey Coach of the Year.  

At Glenelg Country School in 2014, her role expanded into an Assistant Athletic Director title which she held until 2022 where she was named Co-Director of Athletics.   

Washington College considers it an honor and a privilege to induct Jessica McAdams Dolan into the Athletic Hall of Fame this twenty-seventh day of September 2024.
