In 2012, Normoyle led the Shoremen on a campaign that would end in the Centennial Conference Championship.
Normoyle posted a .403 average, he was named first-team All-Conference and named all-region by the ABCA yet again. Normoyle was also named the Centennial Conference Player of the Year. Ryan would also be awarded the 2012 Washington College male Senior Athletic Award.
